British artist Damien Hirst has partnered with French taxidermy specialist Deyrolle to create a new piece - a 'cabinet of curiosities' titled Signification is a Wunderkammer - which will be auctioned off on website Paddle8 between October 14-28.

Proceeds will go to Hirst's UK charity Victim and Deyrolle's programme of natural sciences education and conservation. Artists who've previously collaborated with Deyrolle include Salvador Dalí and Jean Dubuffet.
